General Information

Each cerebral palsy child is entitled to a detailed evaluation at the beginning of the  intensive suit therapy program and at the end.
It’s compulsory for a parent or a caretaker to be present with the cerebral palsy child during the intensive suit therapy program.
Our physiotherapists speak English; translators are available when requested.
Cerebral palsy children have to bring with them sport shoes, cotton stretch pants,
cotton t-shirt, cotton towel, and their special food and medications.
Taxi service is cheap in Egypt and available at all times.
Now you can stay in our center we have hotel inside our center, a double room with kid with bath room cost you 200 Egyptian pound per night about  35 US $, you can take flat consist of two rooms with door between them their cost are 400 Egyptian pound per night about 70 US Dollar per night, this is include break fast and dinner.
The Sunrise Center can arrange hotel booking in a category that meets your budget.  Five stars (Catarct hotel) 3 minutes of car from Sunrise center rates 100 US$ for a double room per night without meals, Four stars  rates range between 75US$ for a double, including breakfast. Children under 5 years of age are free of charge, under 12 are offered a 50%discount. 
- International, Oriental, Italian, etc. cuisines are available in Cairo.
- Sight seeing tours can be arranged at the Hotels.
- Internet connection is available in the hotel rooms (five stars), but always ask for 
  the cost. Internet café’s are available at cheaper rates.
- Electrical equipment run on 220 volts, European standards apply.

Bungy Suit-Bungie suit
in March 2006 we have patent of Bungy suit and Dr Waeel Sallam is the inventor of Bungy suit which is the one of four suits present in the international market today.
A breathable easy to wear suit designed to correct the posture and movements of the cerebral palsy patient. It consists of a cap, vest, shorts, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist and finger bands and adapted shoes that are connected through a system of elastics and adjustable supportive straps.

The elastics and the adjustable supportive straps put the body in proper alignment to teach the cerebral palsy patient the proper pattern of movement. They also tend to approximate the joints, which will stimulate the proprioception that gives the patient a clear feeling of the joints, leading to easier control of movement.

The elastics resist all muscles at the same time so strengthening all muscles responsible for normal pattern of movement at the same time, also resistance is big proprioceptive stimulation.

 The elastics will add a load of (15 - 40 kg.) to the already existing gravitational force making the cerebral palsy patient learn to deal with both loads at the same time, which will strengthen the anti gravity force (muscles). This will give more strength to muscles in their fight against gravity once they are off the bungy suit.

The elastics of the upper limbs will add a tension force in the direction of the trunk, this will stimulate and strength the muscles responsible for the reaching mechanism and improve the function of the hands.

The bungy suit - bungie suit ’s elastics will also resist the respiratory muscles, resulting in improving the ventilation capacity of the lungs, therefor improving speech.
our bungy suit is differ from other types of suits that it is most adhesive so it act like splint to support the trunk, pelvis and knees. also this give compressive feeling as wrapping.
the Bungy suit in itself is nothing but it duplicate the benefits of the exercises done in it. There are special ex's for the Bungy suit.
All the time we improve the the function of our  Bungy suit by adding new systems.
